What to include in support emails
- Your device model and operating system version.
- Your app version/build number if visible.
- The module you were using: Beam, Slab, Column, Stair, Brick Foundation, or Strip Footing.
- Screenshots or a short description of the issue.
- Whether the issue is related to PDF generation, rewarded ads, banner ads, subscription purchase, restore purchases, calculation input, or report output.
